Pros
The staff on the floor at my Carespring is excellent, caring, and the kinds of people I want taking care of my loved ones.
Cons
This is the only place I have ever worked where the "beatings" really did continue with the expectation that morale would improve. We have lost too many good nurses, stnas, and ancillary staff to poor management.
