The people who work here are kind, helpful, the clients are sweet for the most part and the work is as expected. Training is good and the expectations are usually set out in advance.
Cons
Work piles up, they fill more and more of your hours until you are working more than 50hours a week. Tiredness, mental/physical exhaustion, and illness are not uncommon.
