      floor plan of office is too open and can have negative effect on productivity, starting salary, no office management

      The pay and benefits are fair

      Cons

      Terrible culture and evironment to work at. The Owner is barelly involved in the work, but acts as if he is. The entire staff fears him and walks in egg shells around him.
