A good company with plenty of people who want to the right thing for our clients

Them and us culture has crept in over the last few months. Them being head office in Blackburn and us being everyone else. Especially down south. Unrealistic targets being set by senior management without the adequate staff available. It's a shame. This company was great when I started.
