      - Top management are carpet baggers more concerned about their own career and salary than the company mission - COO frequently reshuffles org chart leading to confusion and dysfunction - Senior management tolerates, if not fosters, zero sum thinking for short term career gain

      - An insane amount of work that doesn't really benefit the org. - Leadership is forcing every kind of project on you and your team in hopes of beating our competitors. No real understanding of ROI on initiatives - Horrible benefits - Distrust in other departments and leaders - Constant shifts in priority with no real direction
