I never had to worry about a manager or Supervisor over me. They trust that I could do my job without supervision.

Had to stay over longer b/c was short of employees at times

the pay is good for the area

Everyone lies, can't retain staff for more than a few weeks, will have to work in the homes all the time, on call 24/7, lots of mismanagement, no support from anyone, if you aren't okay with working alone in a house with gentlemen who have severe behavior issues then don't work here. Staff will call out at a moments notice and the Program Director is the one that has to go in. You will be treated like a reusable bag. Don't be fool they will tell you all these wonderful things but its untrue. There have been 2 program Directors in the last 8 months, there is a reason for that and its poor training. Don't ask questions or try to report anything that might be illegal or you will find yourself suspended or fired.
