Helping people transition from the military to civilian life has been rewarding. When I can help them find the job they want and experience the excitement about that with them is the best feeling.
Cons
Unfortunately, we sometimes see people struggling or at their lowest. That's when we have to set aside our own biases and be a champion for them.
