Deeply Troubled School - Special Education Paraprofessional Career Pathways Employee Review

I am deeply troubled by the current director's blend of overt racism and general incompetence. The latter has made my time there as a white woman stressful and frustrating. It cannot compare to the agony she has caused people of color. Broken promises, disregard for humanity, lack of support in the face of bullying, stagnation of careers. When she reneged on a promise she made to me, my admin blamed a Back colleague (who was not present to defend herself) for her inability to stay true to her word.
