Pros
Nothing, this is a shell company, no infrastructure. They are faking it to try to tread water but they are in a dismal financial situation. Spend a little more and go with a reputable company.
Cons
- No real claims system. They claim they are robust and their 300 page sales presentation tries to make it look like that, in reality they are doing their work on an excel file and they are full of mistakes. - horrible hiring practices, no training yet they want to manage FMLA and ADA claims - their leadership have never been leaders. Would be considered green at any reputable company in their space - sales team is a one man show, can’t keep employees and has no direct reports because once people find the truth, they run for the hills - They are faking it to try to make it, don’t be their next victim
