Pros

The clients are generally nice to the staff

Cons

One of the worst employments ever. From the beginning they ask you to go for unpaid 'non-training' that is most definitely training. The management is hideous, to the point that the owners will humiliate people in the middle of meetings. The treatment to employees is horrible no matter in the position. Payment is pretty low but it's advertise as a amazing payments for the position, even when most positions offer more for similar jobs. And the owners take advantage of people, specially the ones whose visas are connected to the job. There were instances in which they'll fire people on the same day, with weak reasons.

Pros

Honestly, It has no one single positive point in pros.

Cons

I worked at Care to Dance Studio briefly in 2022, and unfortunately, my experience was quite negative. The work environment was unprofessional, and there was a clear lack of respect for both staff and clients. I witnessed the business overcharging wedding couples for dance lessons—often trying to sell far more sessions than needed. What was especially concerning was how the studio treated temporary visa workers, paying extremely low wages and offering poor working conditions. Basic workplace essentials like tea, milk, or even instant coffee were not provided. Overall, it was a disappointing and frustrating experience, and I would not recommend this studio for work or services. Care to dance really DON'T Care ABOUT Clients and staff only their wallets. What an irony!!!

Pros

Time there was definitely difficult, I enjoyed working alongside certain teachers, but they were of course, all fired.

Cons

Pay is not as presented on ads, hires teachers who have either no or extremely little experience, fires people on a weekly basis, holds black tie events and expects teachers to buy gowns and suits with 0 subsidisation for this. Very little communication on important elements of day to day work, it is quietly encouraged to not ask questions. The owner openly scolded me and corrected me physically for crossing my arms in front of a student. Will tell you in interviews that they don't usually hire people on the spot, but "have a great feeling about you" they have allegedly told this to every person I've met who has worked there. Work environment is fake, cold and judgemental, bonuses or commissions are not something you should expect. You cannot leave the building unless the Owner has left. This work environment is built on scare tactics and anything you tell a senior teacher, will be brought straight to the Owner. Very disappointing as I was very keen to work there based off the ad and the initial interview. Sad to say that it wasn't a happy experience.
