If you are doing well, it's not an issue but nonce you make a mistake you are micromanaged to a great deal

The trainer was good and taught in clear precise structure. I was about 6th person in my class that left, so there were about 5 more people that were still there (in my class) after management did not want me back.

They talk about how you can be promoted, but that is all a scam. People working near you are extremely irritating. This company will want to micro-manage your life for the time you are in the office. Very poor environment and felt as if I was in prison. Had to answer a set of questions prior to every shift due to Covid. The answer to one of the questions was 'Yes' so I was not allowed to come back to the office. I offered to work from home and they still rejected me.
