      Pros

      Amazing Supervisors and support for Recovery Managers. Remote work sites- home offices. Amazing way to work in the community and change lives.

      Cons

      Requires employees to be professional, hard workers- Not everyone is able to do this. This is not the job to sit around and do nothing to collect a paycheck.

      Tons of support for supervisor and fellow co-workers. The benefits are phenomenal! Mileage rate reimbursement is high as well and opportunities to make more money every month

      Sometimes trainings videos can be tedious, but that is a pro as well..plenty of training
