Hot, hot mess. inconsistent leadership. program and expectations like metrics change without notice. Micromanaging. It does not seem like upper leadership likes the staff below them. People consistently burning out and needing anti-depressants and ant-anxiety medications

The bonuses were the only positive part about this job.

Cons

I hated dealing with a third-party representatives they were aggravating and confrontational, and when you tried to get your word across, they were disrespectful and you weren’t allowed to be disrespectful back, which was frustrating.
