I have 15yrs experience in this field and easily passed the interview. I went from being paid $33/hr in BC, to them offering me the job at $21/hr when there posting gives the highest range at $22+. When I tried negotiating the extra dollar I was given so many bad excuses why I did not meet their criteria. They continuously called back changing their requirements that did not make any sense. I finally just excepted their terms and the HR representative quickly and rudely got off the phone. Immediately after I got an email with them taking back their offer just because I asked questions.. If upper management are so sensitive and cant keep emotions out of their decision making, imagine how that trickles down to how they care for their youth. I have had experience with companies like this, stay away from working here as you will be working alongside inexperienced staff and threatening management styles that will make your life brutal, while also getting paid much less than the standard for a youth support worker.

They have good perks in terms of salary increase every year

There are different cons tho but okay
