      Physician owned so priorities are more in line with employees. Good training process for scribe role. Earned promotions and raises over time. Company promoted continuing education through medical minute podcast. Had social events open to all employees. Overall very professional and good program.

      Cons

      Started out definitely underpaid, but pay improved over time, over worked at times due to short staffing.
