Pros
Good shedule. If you are willing to work more hours, you can make more money. (Unlike a salaried position.) The patients were, for the most part, friendly and courteous, they frequently expressed appreciation for my care and for the extended hours.
Cons
Critical, bullying superiors. Constant criticism and incessant reprimands. Very tight restrictions on your practice. If you are a maverick, this place is not for you. Everything you do is to protect the company from getting sued. If you are a human being whom occasionally makes mistakes, this place is not for you. Forget everything you've learned over the years! CareNow has protocols to be followed and any deviation will be reprimanded. Management doesn't listen to your concerns. When I tried to quit, they threatened me with "severe consequences." I ultimately had to get myself fired to get out of that toxic work environment.
