Pros

- Half-day Fridays - Actually “fully remote” with employees from a wide range of timezones - Many opportunities to grow professionally and make real impact for the org, clinics, and patients - The mission is a uniting one, and there are some very talented/inspiring people working there - Opportunities to travel and meet team in person - Tech-forward mentality

Cons

- There can be shifting/many targets due to the nature of the healthcare tech space and the org being a nonprofit

Pros

The mission is wonderful, the clients are great and some of the people are awesome

Cons

Leadership is completely toxic and the worst I've ever seen. Most of the good reviews here exist because the CEO asked employees to write reviews because it was so bad. Listen to this. The interview process is well thought out, but when I started I quickly realized that the job was different than what I was sold on. They will ask you to do busy work and book reports that is not related to sales and then blame you when you're not generating enough pipeline or revenue. They will ask you to make cold calls, but have virtually no sales tech stack in place other than SF and Hubspot (which they don't really use). They will not take responsibility for their mistakes and will blame it on you in the form of firing you. Leadership doesn't communicate with each other. You will do what you were asked and then get yelled at. Not only that, but it's just not a well run business. The co-founders claim that they care about the mission, but all they really care about is money in their pockets. They don't know how to run a business, and if there was any oversight they would of been fired a long time ago. Don't work here, and if you ignore this, ask them what happened to past sales people and ask if you can speak with them. Be skeptical of everything they say. The finance team also blatantly admitted that when it comes to reporting on grants that they just make things up...
