      nothing, and they have not even made any positive impact

      Cons

      I successfully cleared all of my interviews, and the company even extended a job offer. However, shortly after that, communication suddenly slowed down. They continued to delay the process, mentioning internal management changes and pending decisions. It has now been over five months, and I am still waiting for a clear update from them.

      Pros

      We are all here more close to be a family rather than saying work buddies, team work is the main feature for everyone in the place, 40+ members in Carego have the same target , to reach the company success with a big smile on the face. I love this place and enjoying working in it.

      Cons

      CEO doesn't want to put any kind of shed outside for smokers, and it is COLD , on the other side he can provide any kind of support to quit smoking :)

      - Best group of people I have ever worked with - Lots of opportunity for growth - Fast-paced and exciting projects - Generous profit sharing - Positive and innovative culture - Innovative and progressive R&D program - Frequent social events and tournaments

      Cons

      Project driven. As you get closer to project deadlines, it gets very busy - and there are frequent project deadlines. Good for profit sharing, but definitely may not be for everyone.
