Great co-workers, there's a pet calendar, laid back but fast-paced environment, rewarding to help those looking for quality care, leadership team encourages new ideas, Culture Committee does awesome fun things to keep employees happy and appreciated, on occasion we can work from home
Cons
Matching families with the right caregiver is time consuming, there is alot of sitting, I am not a fan of wearing a headset, same tasks and process for each family, it becomes monotonous some days
