Management needs a lot off work

I would say the only positive is it's mission statement.

Inexperienced Executive Team focusing on commercial profits over community purpose. Invested heavily in senior leadership/management, without investing in lower level positions. Employee welfare/care, or lack thereof, is the lowest I have ever experienced at any workplace in the past.
