      Great place to work. Amazing culture, amazing people. Salary packaging benefits.

      Processes are very complicated. Pay is slightly on the lower side for this role, understandable as it is a charity organisation.

      I would say the only positive is it's mission statement.

      Cons

      Inexperienced Executive Team focusing on commercial profits over community purpose. Invested heavily in senior leadership/management, without investing in lower level positions. Employee welfare/care, or lack thereof, is the lowest I have ever experienced at any workplace in the past.
