      Pros

      Work/life balance, most people are good and stay with the company for a long time, good growth overall. Executive management has great ideas!

      Cons

      A little late to upgrading tech stack, some poor management, doesn't recognize where people need to be put on PIPs or let go off and wrong people get elevated at times. Overall, not very efficient.

      Pros

      I have a supportive team, my leadership encourages work-life balance, the company culture is very pleasing to me, plenty of leadership presence and transparency about company happenings, and the employee benefits are phenomenal.

      I genuinely don't have anything negative to say at this moment.

      Ability to work from home.

      Cons

      Extremely low salary for 2026. Far too much work to stay afloat. Everyone is on PTO constantly which makes training/help almost impossible. Tenured employees are unavailable majority of the time and leave unfinished work on your plate to deal with.
