Amazing Benefit's, PTO Work life balance Work from home Maternity Leave

Cons

I asked in the interview was there room for growth & they said yes… well this company has absolutely no room for growth i worked in the back office for 3 years and finally graduated with my bachelors degree. I was eager and excited to start applying internally and i kept getting rejected. Not even selected for an interview & lots of ghost jobs as well. I wanted to work in Human Resources but there is no way to go from customer service to corporate. If you are taking this position with the intention of moving into corporate when you finish school don’t do it they will make you sit there for at least 5 years.

I have a supportive team, my leadership encourages work-life balance, the company culture is very pleasing to me, plenty of leadership presence and transparency about company happenings, and the employee benefits are phenomenal.

Cons

I genuinely don't have anything negative to say at this moment.

Pros

Ability to work from home.

Cons

Extremely low salary for 2026. Far too much work to stay afloat. Everyone is on PTO constantly which makes training/help almost impossible. Tenured employees are unavailable majority of the time and leave unfinished work on your plate to deal with.
