Pros

Overall benefits are great, but on the decline.

Cons

Leadership changes in the last few years have taken it from being about the associates and serving the customers to being props for their feel good, we're all about the community propaganda. The quality of service to the customer has suffered and seeing annual incentive pay reduced so the company can do good in the community doesn't inspire me.

Pros

I have a supportive team, my leadership encourages work-life balance, the company culture is very pleasing to me, plenty of leadership presence and transparency about company happenings, and the employee benefits are phenomenal.

Cons

I genuinely don't have anything negative to say at this moment.

Pros

Ability to work from home.

Cons

Extremely low salary for 2026. Far too much work to stay afloat. Everyone is on PTO constantly which makes training/help almost impossible. Tenured employees are unavailable majority of the time and leave unfinished work on your plate to deal with.
