Solely based on FEPOC division - Toxic work culture - Inability to distribute workload, same people gets tapped to do work because leadership doesn’t “trust” most of their employees - Leadership is all talk on changing culture when in reality toxicity trickles down from the top - Leaders do not respect each other or their employees. There’s a different between tough conversations and straight up disrespect
