Inspirational CEO - IF he's genuine. Great benefits especially medical. Mostly competent co-workers.
Cons
CIO doesn't know what he is doing. IT has been decimated over last 2 years. Look elsewhere, especially if you work in software dev. Too chaotic and managers all over-worked. Also IT is not diverse and low pay for skills.
