      The employee Blue Rewards program is great! Excellent vacation/leave opportunities compared to other employers. Tuition reimbursement

      Really bad management CEO seems out of touch and company seems directionless Really bad micromanagement since COVID transition Very few opportunities for growth or development You will perform the function of 7-8 employees and will not be compensated Extremely toxic culture

      I have a supportive team, my leadership encourages work-life balance, the company culture is very pleasing to me, plenty of leadership presence and transparency about company happenings, and the employee benefits are phenomenal.

      Ability to work from home.

      Cons

      Extremely low salary for 2026. Far too much work to stay afloat. Everyone is on PTO constantly which makes training/help almost impossible. Tenured employees are unavailable majority of the time and leave unfinished work on your plate to deal with.
