Pros

*Location *Benefits (not to include compensation) *As a Health Care provider they are great with many products to choose from for the general public and companies.

Cons

*Click mentality reminiscent of High School. If you are in the click you are golden, if not your days are numbered. *No clear advancement or succession planning, moving target to meet arbitrary set goals by management . Annual Review Process is useless. Again, you will go far & be well compensated if you fit in the click. *Much dead weight remains and talented people are forced out. *Age, Gender and Racial discrimination beyond belief. *Antiquated and outdated systems and tools to perform overall job functions/requirements. *Large volume of employees so fearful of loosing their job no matter how hard they try to meet the ambiguous expectations. This adds to the feeling of a hostile work environment and not a collaborative team effort working for the same company and purpose. *HR-Not there to provide positive support and guidance for the employee. Only protects the company at all costs! *The term "thrown under the bus" I first heard used at this company.

Pros

I have a supportive team, my leadership encourages work-life balance, the company culture is very pleasing to me, plenty of leadership presence and transparency about company happenings, and the employee benefits are phenomenal.

Cons

I genuinely don't have anything negative to say at this moment.

Pros

Ability to work from home.

Cons

Extremely low salary for 2026. Far too much work to stay afloat. Everyone is on PTO constantly which makes training/help almost impossible. Tenured employees are unavailable majority of the time and leave unfinished work on your plate to deal with.
