the only pro I would say is the health benefits depending on where you are it may be better.

Cons

highly unorganized company, no communication, office politics are horrible (feel like im back in middle school with a bunch of old girls)

I have a supportive team, my leadership encourages work-life balance, the company culture is very pleasing to me, plenty of leadership presence and transparency about company happenings, and the employee benefits are phenomenal.

Cons

I genuinely don't have anything negative to say at this moment.

Pros

Ability to work from home.

Cons

Extremely low salary for 2026. Far too much work to stay afloat. Everyone is on PTO constantly which makes training/help almost impossible. Tenured employees are unavailable majority of the time and leave unfinished work on your plate to deal with.
