Good pay and decent 401k match and benefits. The company works with veterans and is dedicated to diversity spending. Bonus has been paid the last several years at 90-100% of the goal.
Cons
Somewhat toxic culture in many departments. The internal organizations are not aligned. Many tenured staff are stuck in their ways and not open to new ideas or change. They could use a revamp of the leadership team as they are not meeting modern expectations of transparency, communication, and work ethic.
