      The team is adopting new testing methods and technologies. Learning is highly encouraged.

      I worked as a part of IT testing team. The team lacks diversity. The team is overpopulated with people from one country and they speak their languages most of the times.

      I have a supportive team, my leadership encourages work-life balance, the company culture is very pleasing to me, plenty of leadership presence and transparency about company happenings, and the employee benefits are phenomenal.

      Ability to work from home.

      Cons

      Extremely low salary for 2026. Far too much work to stay afloat. Everyone is on PTO constantly which makes training/help almost impossible. Tenured employees are unavailable majority of the time and leave unfinished work on your plate to deal with.
