      Pros

      Getting a paycheck. Looks excellent on resume for next job! On site gym and decent cafeteria. Nothing else is good about this place. I would never come back.

      Cons

      The entire dental department is unorganized. They micromanage you to death. Can barely take a bathroom break without a manager waiting at your desk when you get back. Over worked and underpaid.

      Pros

      I have a supportive team, my leadership encourages work-life balance, the company culture is very pleasing to me, plenty of leadership presence and transparency about company happenings, and the employee benefits are phenomenal.

      I genuinely don't have anything negative to say at this moment.

      Ability to work from home.

      Cons

      Extremely low salary for 2026. Far too much work to stay afloat. Everyone is on PTO constantly which makes training/help almost impossible. Tenured employees are unavailable majority of the time and leave unfinished work on your plate to deal with.
