Best company to work for - Pay, Benefits were exceptional

They had to close unfortunately

Politeness was stressed, even in emails. Many celebrations and parties. Had a bit of an extended family atmosphere.

So much incompetence from the higher-ups. If you want to be promoted, it helps to be white and male, or just white. Some worked very hard and never received recognition, others did almost nothing and were praised for doing the absolute least amount of work. Numerous suggestions were ignored. If they saw that you were a worker and not a slacker, they worked you to death, giving you the work load of two or three people, while management took credit for everything. Top heavy company with too many people who didn't know how or simply didn't do their jobs.
