Pros

The pros are there aren’t any! I started this job with 2 interviews stating how the culture of the business is love and acceptance of work life balance and how it would benefit me bc I’m a mom that works from home bc I have a toddler. Boyyyy was that a bold face lie. They concentrated on how the camera must be on your face to engage which I totally get but it got a lil OD with the camera talk. Then the trainer was so passive aggressive. I asked about family emergencies bc they stated no time off for the first 90 DAYS. One of the managers told me AINT NO FAMILY EMERGENCIES AND THAT I SHOULD RESIGN. I knew then this wasn’t the place for me. This ZOO expects me to take care of other families but not my own. HR was very dry too and gave me some generic apology about my father. So honestly them posting a post under my review is bull bc they could’ve made it right THEN. I’m telling yall, every review I read b4 taking this job was true. HR was awful for onboarding as well. I emailed HR over 15 times with no assistance. This company is a CIRCUS and all of management beats on their chest to see whose ego is the biggest. This place will not care about u even if family is dying. DO NOT WORK HERE ITS NOT WHAT THEY SAY IT IS. I left on DAY 2 bc it was that bad!

Cons

None really, was just bummed about how it ended. Upeer leadership was very transparent about what the dept future was heading towards though, so I appreciate it

Flexible scheduling with no set times for breaks or lunches Opportunities for renegotiation and open communication about work terms Availability of financial assistance and room & board support in the event of a catastrophic disaster

Cons

Barely any overtime; if overtime is available, you must be approved, placed on a list, and selected — and selection is rare Heavy micromanagement throughout the day Constant check-ins are required to receive work assignments Failure to respond immediately can result in being pulled into a one-on-one meeting No flexibility to work at your own pace; management controls when and how fast you work There are 10 different processes, each with roughly 20 steps, which can be overwhelming Processes frequently change, making them difficult to keep up with You are expected to constantly reference the DLP to avoid missing steps Missing a single step requires reworking the entire task, even if 40 minutes to an hour was already spent on it
