Pros

PTO, Benefits, nice health insurance policies.

Cons

This place is one of those places where they play “we are like a family here” first red flag for you to run. They micromanage you, and everyone knows when your micromanaged your work life balance is probably zero too. They are begging for reviews so they know they are an awful place to work. I’ve worked in some pretty tough call centers but this tops the cake and the worst part is this isn’t even in person it’s a remote job. Don’t be lured in by the antics and thinking it’s remote so it won’t be that bad. This place isn’t looking out for your best interest they are looking to fill their need and maybe you later. To add when I enter a contract with you, you better come clear and to the table with everything that same day. Fyi keep it business, this isn’t a place for personal talk or tea talk. We didn’t come to make friends I want to do a job and not listen to the bs. I’m not your friend I’m your employee. People here are seriously backwards. If your friend tells you come work here with me, you should rethink your friendship cause that’s exactly what you mean to that friend quick referral money and you get to suffer with me. Do better this place isn’t it.

Cons

None really, was just bummed about how it ended. Upeer leadership was very transparent about what the dept future was heading towards though, so I appreciate it

Flexible scheduling with no set times for breaks or lunches Opportunities for renegotiation and open communication about work terms Availability of financial assistance and room & board support in the event of a catastrophic disaster

Cons

Barely any overtime; if overtime is available, you must be approved, placed on a list, and selected — and selection is rare Heavy micromanagement throughout the day Constant check-ins are required to receive work assignments Failure to respond immediately can result in being pulled into a one-on-one meeting No flexibility to work at your own pace; management controls when and how fast you work There are 10 different processes, each with roughly 20 steps, which can be overwhelming Processes frequently change, making them difficult to keep up with You are expected to constantly reference the DLP to avoid missing steps Missing a single step requires reworking the entire task, even if 40 minutes to an hour was already spent on it
