Recruiters should be held accountable for GHOSTING job applicants. Don't reach out to job candidates and have them waste their time completing assessments etc. and never follow back up with the candidate. Our time is valuable just as your time is. Also, why ask for someone's age category? Isn't that a form of DISCRIMINATION?
