Pros
Pro I would say is the kahoot game is fun in training. That’s it that’s all it’s a poor company and nobody likes it. You can move up real fast … too fast and it’s a red flag. They just doing one another a favor, I promise it’s not due to qualifications
Cons
Ghetto company, back to back calls, unrealistic expectations, micro management, poor upper management, horrible training, bad equipment

Thank you for providing your feedback on your experience while working at CareCentrix. We try our very best to create a culture that is supportive and promotes team members’ success – right from day one, through the training period and beyond. We encourage all team members to partner with their leadership and/or HR to address any challenges they may encounter, which is especially important as a new hire. We are constantly looking at incorporating best practices and solutions that will help us be better, and regularly seek feedback from our team members on how best to create that culture. We wish you success in your next role. Thank you.

Cons
None really, was just bummed about how it ended. Upeer leadership was very transparent about what the dept future was heading towards though, so I appreciate it

Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re pleased to hear you found value in our benefits and compensation, and that these positively impacted your time with us.
We also appreciate your recognition of our leadership team’s transparency. Open communication is important to us, especially during times of change. While it’s never easy when a chapter ends, we appreciate your contributions and wish you continued success in the future.
Flexible scheduling with no set times for breaks or lunches
Opportunities for renegotiation and open communication about work terms
Availability of financial assistance and room & board support in the event of a catastrophic disaster
Cons
Barely any overtime; if overtime is available, you must be approved, placed on a list, and selected — and selection is rare
Heavy micromanagement throughout the day
Constant check-ins are required to receive work assignments
Failure to respond immediately can result in being pulled into a one-on-one meeting
No flexibility to work at your own pace; management controls when and how fast you work
There are 10 different processes, each with roughly 20 steps, which can be overwhelming
Processes frequently change, making them difficult to keep up with
You are expected to constantly reference the DLP to avoid missing steps
Missing a single step requires reworking the entire task, even if 40 minutes to an hour was already spent on it
