One of the worst companies to work for. - Claims Analyst CareCentrix Employee Review

Pros

Flexible scheduling (between 6-9AM), plenty of PTO days (start with 20). 401k is also offered, not many other pros I can think of.

Cons

Management is highly unprofessional. Advancement is based on how well you are liked by a select few individuals. If you are part of the clique then you get to advance, if not, you stay where you are. NO regard for people as individuals, no feedback on performance (whether good or bad), favoritism, discrimination, hostility are all rampant. Management is clueless about what goes on under their noses and, if something is being done by someone they "like", whether the action is immoral or not, it gets clearly overlooked. Promises are made that are never kept and there is really no room for growth. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever worked for. Managers dress like they are going to the club rather than a business environment, are rarely available for anything and can be seen surfing the net, making personal calls all day, laughing at personal jokes most of the day, hanging out in each others office etc. They would rather run away from a situation and ignore it rather than get their hands dirty in some actual management. If youre planning on working for this company...dont...flee for you own sanity! They will use you, abuse you drain you and then do away with you with no sympathy. There is no guidance, no feedback, no reviews....stay away from CareCentrix...

Pros

Benefits(Health,Dental/Vision) PTO/PST Pay and Compensation

Cons

None really, was just bummed about how it ended. Upeer leadership was very transparent about what the dept future was heading towards though, so I appreciate it

Pros

Flexible scheduling with no set times for breaks or lunches Opportunities for renegotiation and open communication about work terms Availability of financial assistance and room & board support in the event of a catastrophic disaster

Cons

Barely any overtime; if overtime is available, you must be approved, placed on a list, and selected — and selection is rare Heavy micromanagement throughout the day Constant check-ins are required to receive work assignments Failure to respond immediately can result in being pulled into a one-on-one meeting No flexibility to work at your own pace; management controls when and how fast you work There are 10 different processes, each with roughly 20 steps, which can be overwhelming Processes frequently change, making them difficult to keep up with You are expected to constantly reference the DLP to avoid missing steps Missing a single step requires reworking the entire task, even if 40 minutes to an hour was already spent on it
