Pros
I've not been working too long with this company but i like the fact that when my shift is over, i am out the door. Most of my past jobs i always have to work beyond my cut off time. That is the only pro that i can think of working in this position. Training was the best part of this job until you get on the call Center floor, which is hell.
Cons
First and fore most i am very thankful for a job. but this one is the worst i've ever held. The hiring process was absolutely ridiculous, the background check is out of this world. KMBS goes so deep in your background check if you quote something wrong on your job application, it will bite you in the butt. They go deep into everything except for the PAY. The PAY absolutely sucks and that is the only reason i have no interest in holding onto this job. I'm putting a lot of emphasis on the salary because they talk about everything but they DO NOT touch on your pay until the very last second. Very misleading in some ways, at least in my case.
