Pros

The people that you get to meet and take to appointments have been great and that’s the only reason I have stayed with this company to be sure that my people get to where they need to go in a safe and timely manner.

Cons

They always screw up my pay. I never get it on time causing me to owe late charges bounce fees, etc. there is no customer service to help you. All they say is they will escalate it and then they just do what they want and you get paid when they feel like it. They like to blame strike for all of the problems when stripe is just waiting on the payment so they can pay me. They keep giving me excuses and the runaround. I ran out of gas today and my phone will be off in a few hours. I am negative in my bank account now because of auto pay and not being paid. It’s time for me to get another check and I haven’t even got the last one. I really hate to leave this company because I love the people that I take to their appointments, but I can’t do this for free any longer.
