      Pros

      Work/Life balance is good. You can take time off when needed.

      Cons

      The executive level positions are like a revolving door. No one stays for very long because they realize how unprofessional and unorganized the company is. The CEO changes the mission/goals just to suit whatever the board wants to see. The target is always changing and is unachievable usually. Most people that work there are miserable. It will suck the life out of you.

      Pros

      Flexible leave credits and paid lunch/holidays.

      Cons

      Product Interface too confusing and doesn't make sense. Too many unaddressed bugs - making it hard and embarrassing to deal with paying customers. No health benefits. No performance incentives. Pay raises are too low and not up to par with industry trends. No career pathway for contractors (you are stuck as a CSR forever)
