The company is nimble and focused on effective and effective work processes and investments that best serve the organization, CareATC employees and CareATC clients. The executive team is experienced, focused and aligned which enables the rest of the organization to perform at its best and reduce barriers and "red tape". Access to 100% free care at an CareATC clinic is an enormous benefit for employees.
Cons
CareATC has room for improvement to invest in internal technology, benefits, and resources, however, I am confident those investments will come in the future as the organization grows and continues exceed financial and strategic goals.
