      Pros

      The corporate personnel are really friendly and make the place feel very welcoming. Positions outside of IT have good work-life balance.

      Cons

      Quote from one of the nurses while I worked there after getting yelled at for something out of my control, "Well, you're IT. So you deserve it." Hours shift for on-call every few weeks. Signed on with quarterly bonuses as a perk, but those were eliminated for non-Management roles shortly after. IT department is required to be in-office 5 days a week while many other positions allow full or hybrid remote schedules is ridiculous, especially when everything can be done remotely. PTO is not accrued and will not be paid out or rolled over if you leave or don't use it.

      Pros

      Supportive leadership, personal & professional growth opportunities, great benefits, and amazing work culture.

      Cons

      CareATC genuinely is one of the best places to work and each member of leadership is dedicated to making this statement true everyday. I've heard employees who have been working here for over 12 years express how glad they are to still be with the company and how we've only changed for the better. Only con for me is not finding this company sooner.

      Pros

      As a provider, I love having 30 minutes for patient visits. I feel like I can address more issues for the client in one visit. Our clients' time is valuable just like ours, and it is great to be able to cover more in one visit. I also like that we have a pharmacy on site and I know our clients appreciate this as well. We have a lab onsite which is another convenience for the client

      Cons

      We are using EMR and like other providers, spend time outside of work charting; however, we are piloting an AI charting program which will improve our time management and work life balance.
