Free clinic great team members pay is comparable to other call centers

Micromanaging, horrible ownership, low morale, no COVID benefits, budget system is ridiculous. Ninety percent of patients that call in for first time companies were sold amazing features that turn out to be false. This causes some to terminate their contracts but the owners are more worried about getting new shmucks to sign on that they do not care.
