The job posting was a complete lie, like I wasted my time on it.

My experience was a complete mess. I didn't get any support. They keep pushing out pointless processes they never follow through on, then replace them with something even worse. The only priority here are the paid hours, nothing else. The Team Leaders didn't even know what they are doing. Clients are treated like dollar signs instead of vulnerable people who need support. I don't see myself growing or building my career here. Better stay away if you can.

I find it hard to list any pro's to working for this company

This was the first really toxic workplace that I have ever worked at and it left long lasting scars. Company leaders work through intimidation and bullying. Massive focus on the bottom line with little care for anything else. It was every man/woman/person for themselves with no real authentic sense of team or genuine care for each other.
