Super flexible and accommodating, kind and pays amazing.

Will sometimes leave out why some people left certain facilities.

I feel so grateful to have had my first big girl job at Care Indeed. Dee and Vee (the owners of the company) are some of the best people you will meet. Just absolute girl bosses who are so inspiring and well-rounded, always looking for ways to continue growing and evolving. I have never had superiors who were so humble and lacking ego as I have with Dee and Vee, as they are always willing to take accountability and support you in any way they can. I find this is very rare in the corporate world so it has been a breath of fresh air working with Dee and Vee. Their kindness, authenticity, and flexibility is infectious and creates a very wholesome work atmosphere. It is truly a one of a kind work place! They really care about their employees and go the extra mile to make sure everyone feels valued. This is also not a typical agency that operates as a large franchise. Care Indeed has a very intimate, tight-knit crew, and they do what ever they can to meet the unique needs of our clients, constantly listening to our clients and tailoring services based on the changing needs. I have also really enjoyed how welcoming they are to diverse backgrounds, which is so important to increase diversity in the workplace. I have been very happy here for the past 3 years and Care Indeed will always have a special place in my heart!

The only con is that I moved states and cannot continue working full-time!
