      Pros

      Significant effort and resources are placed on innovative technology rather than market standard commodities. The "thinking out side of the box" cliche does exist at Cardolite. Minimal redundancy in ongoing development projects. Workplace atmosphere is team spirited, positive and rewarding.

      Cons

      Due to the diversity of global manufacturing sites and offices, a language barrier exists with foreign counterparts.

      Pros

      Great innovation and products early on in the companies history. Managed with an Iron fist but that was OK when the company is run by one owner who has a specific vision. Enjoyed many years of growth and profit. Ruled the marine markets with key coatings mfg. Management did a great job of developing that market.

      Cons

      Silver spoon syndrome. Owner handed company over to the son who has destroyed the moral, market focus and company image.
