Pros

Pay every 2 weeks Great Colleagues You can move up in the company over time good job opportunities

Cons

Nearly 9 hour days no work life balance Very High turn over One 15 minute break split into 2 and then rotad in for 10 mins in morning and 5 in afternoon they expect you to work the full duration Micro management to another level where if you so turn your back to speak with someone they will ask you what you are doing For the amount of work you are given the pay does not reflect You have to earn your holiday half a day per one week you work which is odd for me coming from previous jobs that give you all your holiday upfront No benefits whatsoever Pension is dire

Pros

New into my role with Cardo and am thankful for the incredibly warm welcome. I am highly impressed by the team’s open communication and shared commitment to the future. I feel like it is an exciting time to join. With the growth of a company comes the creation of promising career paths, supported by the foundation that's already in place and the active buy-in from senior stakeholders. From what I have seen, Cardo is scaling while keeping their exceptional standards intact and still providing the personalised care and responsiveness of a close-knit team.

Cons

No concerns so far :)

Pros

Fast-growing business with exciting opportunities. Strong onboarding process and support for new employees. Good infrastructure and HR processes that help people succeed. Focus on employee development and career growth. Dynamic, collaborative, and engaging work environment.

Cons

Opportunity to streamline some management layers as the business continues to grow. Greater cross-divisional knowledge sharing would help maximise collaboration and consistency. Fast-paced environment may not suit those who prefer highly established processes and structures.
