      Pros

      Free gym membership, great way to meet new people, can be a lot of fun.

      Cons

      If you are even one minute late you will be written up. Same if you punch out even one minute early. You will be promised 6 months to a management position, this will not likely happen. They make it sound like you can get benefits right away. In reality, no matter when you start there's only 1 date in the year you can sign up for benefits.

      Pros

      The management at most locations are great, I loved the members, and my coworkers were great.

      Cons

      The corporate team is too small so complaints to member services were handled very slowly. The PT structure also makes it very difficult to make a living as a trainer and you can't work at nearby gyms to make up the difference because of your contract.
