Flexibility Opportunity to work with several clients - Mainly startups and get exposure to several tools and strategies . Build great skills in across domains . management is very open in discussing what is happening internally and its visible to every team member. Very transparent - Having said that there are some people who like to get paid for doing nothing - for this this might not be a paradise - Yes there are strict targets, deadline and thats who you are supposed to be working after soomuch flexibility. I STRONGLY recommend do not go with the feedback given by people last year or so. There are lot of changes and changes which are good for the team working.
